Welcome to Big Gay Out! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we’ve outlined some important terms and guidelines:
Respect & Safe Space
At BGO, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. We ask that all members treat each other with kindness, respect, and understanding. This is a safe space for all individuals, and any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
Subscription Management
As a member, you are responsible for managing your subscription, including updating payment details and cancelling your subscription if needed. You can do so directly via your account settings. Please note, once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
First Month Free & Auto-Renewal
Your first month of membership is completely free. After the first month, your card will automatically be charged on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next payment date to avoid being charged.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so before the end of your free month or before the next billing cycle to ensure you are not charged.
Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of managing your membership and communication related to BGO events. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Event Participation
As part of BGO, we encourage you to participate in the events and activities we host. Please ensure that you follow the guidelines for each event and respect the values of inclusivity and fun that BGO upholds.
